  G&Z Site Status Report  
The G&Z Site Status report gives the ACM user a concise picture of the current status of sites in the database. Until now it has been difficult determining the state of a site or group of sites. This report allows you to find groups of sites based on status:

• Sites that are waiting for a call;
• Sites that are waiting for a retry;
• Sites that have completed their last session;
• Sites that have been suspended;
• Sites that have failed their last session;
• Sites that are currently in session;
• Sites that are waiting to call;
• Sites that are not scheduled.

Any combination of these statuses can be searched for, or you may search for all of them at once.

The G&Z Site Status Report uses G&Z's unique Custom Queues Interface™ to communicate directly with the ACM database. This results in very fast processing with minimal system resource use.

  G&Z ACM Activity Report  
This unique, one-of-a-kind report gives historical and real-time statistical analysis of your ACM database and polling processes. This report tallies sessions succeeded, failed and retried, totals of bytes sent and received, the number of successful phone calls and network connections. Communications failures are broken down into 33 sub-statuses for pinpointing problem trends. Task failure totals are given along with an 18 sub-status breakdown of task failure reasons. There are totals and breakdowns for other ACM activities as well, including session failures and tasks completed successfully. This report is written to disk and can be imported into any word processing program or editor.

  G&Z Scheduled Events Report  
This report shows exactly what events ACM has scheduled for execution. There is no other report which shows this information! This report provides a snapshot of the next events which are scheduled for each site with an active session. For sites which are not in session, the report will display the next time a session will begin for the site. It also identifies the name of the session. For sites already in session, it shows the time the session will end.

  G&Z Enhanced Live Log Report (Live Log Plus)  
The G&Z Enhanced Live Log Report has many very useful functions missing from the standard Live Log Report. This new report allows the user to view historical and real-time activity for a single site, a single port, by pattern search or for all sites. Reports are displayed in a scrolling window, eliminating the often annoying blink from clearing and refreshing full screens. Each report also permits stopping and continuing the display, changing the speed of the display, page up and single record step through. Reports can be displayed on the screen or saved to a disk file. They also permit the user to specify a start time.
