G&Z ACM Activity Report  
This unique, one-of-a-kind report gives historical and real-time statistical analysis of your ACM database and polling processes. This report tallies sessions succeeded, failed and retried, totals of bytes sent and received, the number of successful phone calls and network connections. Communications failures are broken down into 33 sub-statuses for pinpointing problem trends. Task failure totals are given along with an 18 sub-status breakdown of task failure reasons. There are totals and breakdowns for other ACM activities as well, including session failures and tasks completed successfully. This report is written to disk and can be imported into any word processing program or editor.

The G&Z ACM Activity Report uses G&Z's unique Custom Queues Interface™ to communicate directly with the ACM database. This results in very fast processing with minimal system resource use.
